Weekly winners are also moved into the Grand Finals and given time with BeachSweat’s professional trainer before submitting their final video for the Grand Finals.
Submit the entry form and a 60-90 second video introducing yourself, saying why you want to be a BeachSweat instructor, and teaching us 1 exercise. Contestants MUST be in BeachSweat appropriate attire.
Submission periods take place weekly, followed by a week of voting
Contestants with the most votes at the end of each voting period win the weekly prize and move on to the Grand Finals
Finalists will get a chance to train with BeachSweat’s professional trainer before submitting their final video
The finalist with the most votes at the end of the Grand Finals voting period is declared the Team BeachSweat Instructor Contest winner!
